Store Leadership Position

The Knitwell Group is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, you will have the opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates, creating a positive and inclusive environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections.
• Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
• Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
Requirements
• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
