Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, processing financial transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service
    • Process member transactions, including check cashing, deposits, and loan payments.
    • Perform account servicing requests, both in person and via telephone.
    • Answer phones and conduct research to resolve member inquiries.
  • Product and Service Promotion
    • Educate members on products and services that could benefit them.
  • Operational Support
    • Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of cash handling experience, preferably in a bank or credit union setting.
  • High energy level, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and follow up on tasks.
  • Ability to plan and organize, handle multiple priorities, and stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including Saturday.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish.
