Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair lawn and ground equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing parts as needed
- Identify and troubleshoot problems with equipment and facilities, and implement solutions to prevent future issues
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by eliminating hazards and following safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve facility maintenance goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
