We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Tire Service Technician to join our team at Purcell Tire & Rubber Co. What You'll Do:
  • Commit to Continual Improvement: Our technicians are committed to continual improvement, training, and professional growth.
  • Perform Commercial Tire and Wheel Replacements and Installations: You will be responsible for performing commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations, using the proper tools and techniques.
  • Dismount Wheels Using Lug Wrenches and Other Hand and Power Tools: You will need to dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools.
  • Repair, Balance, Rotate, Mount, and Replace Commercial Tires/Wheels: Our technicians are responsible for repairing, balancing, rotating, mounting, and replacing commercial tires/wheels.
  • Service Calls as Scheduled by Service Manager: You will be responsible for servicing calls as scheduled by the service manager.
  • Keep Service Vehicle Fully Stocked: Our technicians are responsible for keeping the service vehicle fully stocked with the necessary tools and supplies.
  • Preventative Maintenance of the Service Vehicle: You will need to perform preventative maintenance on the service vehicle, including daily inspections and oil changes.
  • Perform Basic Facility Maintenance, Shop Clean Up, and Organization: Our technicians are responsible for performing basic facility maintenance, shop clean up, and organization.
  • Look for Opportunities to Improve Our Products and Services: We encourage our technicians to look for opportunities to improve our products and services.
  • Other Essential and Non-Essential Duties as Assigned by Management: Our technicians are responsible for performing other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management.
