Seeking a Hematologist Oncologist

We are a high-functioning team of medical professionals seeking a skilled Hematologist Oncologist to join our 11-physician medical oncology/hematology group in Lancaster, PA.

About the Role

This is a 1.0 FTE position with a 4-day work week, including weekend and holiday rotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the growth and development of our cancer program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical oncology and hematology services to patients
  • Collaborate with our team of advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our cancer program
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:

  • Hold a medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Be board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine or board eligible
  • Have medical licensure issued by the PA State Board of Medicine or the PA State Board of Osteopathic Medicine
  • Have completed a Hematology/Oncology fellowship
