About the Job

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing diagnostic reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality speech pathology treatments.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and relevant certifications such as CCC-SLP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare diagnostic reports for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology services.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide diagnostic evaluations and speech pathology treatments.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to development programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies.
  • Keep accurate records of patient progress.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Gather comprehensive historical information for client assessments.
  • Coordinate client evaluations, scheduling, and treatment plans.
  • Compile and report data for Speech-Language Pathology Programs' needs.
Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR certification based on AHA standards
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
