Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our network of healthcare providers and expand our reach into new territories. If you're tired of burnout and want to focus on patient-centered care, consider joining our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review laboratory results and address critical values
  • Provide consultation and treatment for primary care, acute conditions, diabetes mellitus, erectile dysfunction, and weight-management
  • Assist staff with reviewing symptoms, history, condition, and treatment
  • Refer patients to other physicians or resources when needed
  • Maintain a positive bedside manner and build rapport with patients through video, messaging, and phone communication
  • Enter and maintain accurate records using our EMR system
  • Ensure strict patient confidentiality
Specialist Responsibilities
  • Assist with follow-up care of hormone replacement therapy patients, including reviewing laboratory results, monitoring critical values, and medication adjustments
  • Provide general patient education on nutrition, lifestyle, and stress
  • Consult patients on medication or care plans
  • Assist with HRT diagnosis and care plans
  • Support peptide therapies and fertility
Requirements
  • Active license
  • Multi-state licensing a plus
  • Good standing with medical board
  • Adequate equipment for telemedicine (software provided)
  • Commitment to working on set deadlines
  • Comfort communicating with patients through various channels
