Job Description

Obsidian Solutions Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Combat Hunter Concepts Lead to join our team. As a tracking instructor, you will be responsible for training students in rural and urban tracking techniques and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations & intelligence integration and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team working with and training selected Special Operations Forces, Conventional Military Forces, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate or lead a team in teaching, coaching, and mentoring students in all phases of CHC
  • Support the Lead Instructor in developing and participating in all training events
  • Work closely with team instructors to review and assess all written materials and platform instruction delivery

Requirements:

  • Past performance in active service and/or supporting Special Operations Forces, Conventional Forces, Federal, State and local Law Enforcement members desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High self-motivation and work ethic to deliver high-quality instruction
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Full workdays in varied terrain and field, and garrison environment
  • Selected night training events
  • Physically fit to enable leading student training
  • Travel at least 50% of the time
