Job Title: Inventory Technician

Job Summary:

AmeriPharma is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Technician to join our team. As an Inventory Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, testing, and labeling of pump and IV pole supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect pumps and maintenance certificates
  • Add pumps to inventory
  • Maintain adequate inventory and appropriate storage of pumps
  • Label pump and IV pole supplies
  • Perform pump testing
  • Review, notate in the patient profile, and communicate with PCCs when pump maintenance is due
  • Call patients to follow up on pump pickups that have not been returned to the Pharmacy
  • Inspect returned pumps for damage or missing parts
  • Process Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
  • Package pumps for return
  • Clean IV poles
  • Assist with medication inventory
  • Adds medication lot numbers and quantity to inventory
  • Reports damaged pumps, inventory issues, and missing pump loan signatures to the Pharmacy Operations Manager
  • Reports pumps not returned after three attempts

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills
  • Well organized with and strong attention to detail
  • Multitasker with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
