About the Role

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Industrial Asset Manager to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of industrial asset maintenance, including planning, coordination, and execution. This includes developing and implementing predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability, uptime, and cost-effectiveness.

You will work closely with operational leaders and leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Additionally, you will manage contractor relations, oversee storeroom operations, and review monthly spending and forecasting expenses.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Manage all equipment, site, and facility maintenance and utilities
  • Maximize asset reliability, uptime, and cost-effectiveness with available resources
  • Closely communicate with operational leaders and leadership teams
  • Manage contractor relations and oversee storeroom operations
  • Review monthly spending and forecasting expenses
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in industrial maintenance
  • Project management skills with CMMS use and implementation
  • Planning and scheduling expertise
  • Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Blueprint and schematic reading ability
  • Safety and preventive maintenance experience
  • Maintenance repair and facility management skills
