About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Fox Factory. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing products for the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products by hand, using hand tools or portable powered tools, and/or operate equipment as necessary to produce or process products.
  • Load and unload previously setup machines, such as arbor presses, drill presses, taps, spot-welding machines, riveting machines, milling machines, or broaches, to perform fastening, force fitting, or light metal-cutting operations on the assembly line.
  • May be assigned to different workstations as production needs require or shift from one station to another to reduce fatigue.
  • May be part of a crew and assist skilled operators in the performance of skilled functions.
  • May work at a bench as a member of an assembly group that processes or assembles one or two specific parts and passes the unit to another worker.
  • May repair units that fail to meet specifications.

Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience required, but 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Manufacturing Environment.

Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
