We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Fox Factory. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement assembly procedures, adhering to specifications and utilizing knowledge gained through experience.
- Assemble products by hand, using hand tools or portable powered tools, and/or operate equipment as necessary to produce or process products.
- Verify the correct quantities of components and quality-check completed items, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms properly and efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is our primary focus while performing job duties. Quality is a top priority.

- HS diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required, but 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- Manufacturing Environment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
- Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
