Executive Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Collection Specialist to join our team at Kimbrell's Furniture.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
As an Executive Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers diligently, courteously, and professionally while collecting payments. You must have good knowledge of cash management procedures and best practices, as well as the ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
You will follow set strategies for collection procedures, monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts, gather and verify customer personal and credit information, retain customer loyalty, and maintain and update records of customers from whom collections are made.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma is required, and collection and sales experience is a plus.
