Work Location: OCONUS – Iraq

We are currently seeking proficient English/Arabic interpreters to support our initiatives in Iraq. The ideal candidates will possess near-native proficiency in Arabic and demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in challenging environments, including outdoor settings and various weather conditions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical training and interpreting experience in remote or austere settings
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic (Iraqi dialect)
  • Professional-level skills in tactical interpreting and short non-publication translation from English to Arabic
  • Familiarity with military terminology and acronyms used by the US Armed Forces

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in military training or special operations environments
  • Possession of professional certifications
  • Preference for candidates with native-level fluency in Arabic, particularly the Iraqi dialect

Employees may occasionally be required to lift and/or move moderate weights, typically less than 20 pounds, depending on the specific role. Regular and reliable attendance is crucial.
