We invite you to consider a role within our Global Information Security (GIS) team as a Cloud Security Solutions Architect. In this capacity, you will leverage your expertise to implement and support cloud-native security solutions across our cloud platforms, with a primary focus on AWS.

Position Overview

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy cloud-native security solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Engage in vendor product design and evaluation as necessary.
  • Analyze, design, and enhance cloud-native security solutions as part of our overarching cloud security strategy.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, and architectural reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain compliance with security standards across all environments, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring application integrity.
  • Ensure that security designs and methodologies are consistently applied throughout the organization.
  • Assist vulnerability management teams in addressing identified risks and security advisories related to cloud-native solutions.
  • Support CI/CD teams to optimize the integration of cloud-native security solutions within deployment pipelines.
  • Work alongside a team of information security experts on high-impact security initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology or Security.
  • Proficient in container deployment and management using OpenShift/Kubernetes and AWS.
  • Experience in deploying applications on Kubernetes with Helm Charts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AWS Cloud Security services.
  • Familiarity with Java/.NET application management on RHEL/Windows environments.
  • Experience with Splunk for application monitoring, including dashboard and alert creation.
  • Skilled in automating infrastructure deployment with Ansible and managing it with Terraform.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications and infrastructure across both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Understanding of infrastructure architecture, including load balancing, databases, storage, and networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification in relevant areas.
  • Experience in scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.
  • Proficient in supporting Windows and RHEL servers.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, including security integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
