Job Summary

The Title Analyst plays a crucial role in the meticulous examination and preparation of title commitments and policies.


This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review search packages thoroughly.


2. Prepare title commitments and policies based on the search package or the examining checklist provided by the attorney-agent.

3. Engage directly with Underwriters regarding examination decisions.

4. Communicate with attorneys concerning title examination inquiries.

5. Liaise with closing officers on examination and survey matters.

6. Generate invoices for each transaction.

7. Maintain organized and accurate files.

8. Make final decisions on examining issues that arise prior to or during closing.

9. Determine which items will be insured on final title policies.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong mathematical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capable of handling confidential information and data.

• Familiarity with office equipment such as faxes, computers, printers, and telephones.

Education and Experience:
• 2-5 years of prior experience in title examination.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant business background.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and conduct research as needed.

• Paralegal certification is a plus.
