About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager/Quality Control/Trainer to join our team at Molly Maid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and retain customers and employees
  • Communicate with customers and employees in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Perform quality checks and coach staff on quality feedback
  • Build our culture and team by interviewing, hiring, and training individuals
  • Kick off our day by connecting with teams and setting them up for success

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Prior cleaning and supervisory experience or equivalent experience
  • Complete a background check
  • Valid driver's License
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm

Benefits and Pay:

The pay range for this position is starting at $13 per hour and is dependent on your experience, mastery of our processes, and ability to retain and grow both customers and employees with your leadership. Earn paid time off after one year, up to 15 days per year.
