We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Stella Hotel & Ballroom. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing way and meets the expectations of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, and entrees, to a high standard.
- Ensure that all food is presented in a visually appealing way and meets the expectations of our guests.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
