We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Mechanic II - Plumber to join our team at Main Line Health. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing tradesman-level electrical, plumbing, and carpentry duties, as well as managing, planning, and scheduling maintenance and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Manage and schedule maintenance and construction projects to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to requests for maintenance and repair in a timely and respectful manner.
- 5+ years of recent maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Valid driver's license and current insurance.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.
- Specialty certification or license may be required based on assignment.
- Up to 160 hours of paid time off per year based on full-time status.
