Key Responsibilities- Provide medical and psychiatric support to clients in their communities
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Administer medication, schedule appointments, and coordinate care
- Remove barriers to healthcare through home visits and community outreach
- Attend to medically related emergencies or crises, providing intervention as appropriate
- Log medical care and track client progress
- Registered Nurse license
- Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and daily access to your own car
- Willingness to provide transportation to clients
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Competitive pay - Base Salary: $83,000, subject to increase with education and experience
- 1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Generous PTO (9 federal holidays, 8 days of sick leave, 15-22 days personal and vacation)
