Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the rehabilitation services team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Compliance: Ensure that our services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology, or an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation services, including leadership and management experience.
- Certifications: Current license in the state(s) assigned, and MDS certification (RAC-CT) or other advanced certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
