Key Responsibilities
  • Support major global product initiatives, working in conjunction with key stakeholders across departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage daily tasks associated with project implementation, including data manipulation and reporting to support project goals.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to make recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and franchisees to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of member experience-focused products.
  • Prepare project statuses and updates to be presented to various audiences as needed.
  • Liaise with agencies/vendors as appropriate to assist with various project initiatives.
Requirements
  • Technical proficiency with data management, manipulation, and analysis to support project success and strategic decision making.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with ability to translate technical information to various audiences with clarity and grammatical correctness.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and understand the needs of various stakeholders.
Education and Experience
  • BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing projects.
