Job Description

As a leading healthcare education organization, Unitek Learning is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Instructor to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
  • Prepare and administer exams, assessments, and evaluations to measure student progress and understanding.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into teaching and learning activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure their success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements, using this data to inform teaching and learning strategies.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Supervise student clinical experiences, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and requirements.
  • Evaluate student performance in relation to clinical learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSN degree and 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting student success.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
