  • 1. Route Optimization: Work closely with the logistics team to devise efficient delivery routes, taking into account variables such as traffic conditions, package volume, and designated delivery times.
  • 2. Driver Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of delivery personnel, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary information and tools to successfully complete their deliveries.
  • 3. Monitoring Deliveries: Utilize tracking systems and communication platforms to oversee delivery progress, promptly addressing any challenges that may occur during transportation.
  • 4. Training Support: Develop training materials and provide guidance to delivery service providers (DSP), assisting them in enhancing last-mile operations, customer service, and delivery efficiency.
  • 5. Problem Resolution: Serve as a primary contact for DSP to address any delivery-related concerns, including incorrect addresses or package damages.
  • 6. Inventory Management: Keep detailed records of inventory at the last-mile distribution center, ensuring precise tracking and management of all packages.
  • 7. Quality Control: Perform quality assessments on packages to verify they meet delivery standards and are in optimal condition.
  • 8. Performance Analysis: Create reports on delivery metrics, including delivery times, success rates, and areas needing improvement.
  • 9. Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines among all employees and partners.
  • 10. Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to boost efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage unexpected situations effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a preference for bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage 30 driver routes and their deployment; prior experience is not mandatory.
  • Work schedule includes warehouse duties with shift rotations, scheduled for 5 days a week; overtime may be compensated at 1.5 times the regular pay and may include weekends.
