- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain transit system operation rules, regulations, policies, phases, and routes.
