  • Process transactions via BlackBoard
  • Oversee equipment checkout and maintain inventory
  • Support users with membership applications
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of fitness equipment
  • Provide assistance during medical emergencies, including CPR/AED
  • Respond swiftly to internal communications
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

  • Must be a current full-time undergraduate student at Fitchburg State
  • Exhibit a proactive and friendly demeanor in customer service
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capable of performing detail-oriented tasks with accuracy and efficiency
