About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Paintless Dent Removal Technician to join our team at Dent Wizard. As a PDR Tech, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, both new and old models, and use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers on a mobile route or at an assigned location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and repair dent damage using our proprietary process
  • Work with customers to review and approve work
  • Walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business
  • May be involved in training other Techs and working with your Manager to prospect new accounts

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
  • Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, and squat, as well as lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
Compensation

The starting compensation for this position is expected to be $40,000 - $50,000 annually, with a competitive and comprehensive benefit package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
