Job Overview

Position: Mechanical Assembler

Shift: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm)

Compensation: $23-30 per hour

Location: Hebron, KY

Role Summary:

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the assembly of various machine types, including standard, specialized, and prototype units. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and layouts.
  • Assembling machines according to established procedures, layouts, and parts lists.
  • Utilizing hand and power tools, both air and electric, throughout the assembly process.
  • Conducting machine setup and installation as required.
  • Completing necessary documentation for each unit or machine assembled.
  • Providing assistance and training to fellow team members.
  • Dismantling machines for specific projects when needed.
  • Working from a Bill of Materials (BOM).

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in machine teardown or assembly is essential.
