Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Breast Oncology Department at Moffitt Medical Group (MMG). As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide patient care under the auspices of MMG and contribute to the advancement of our institutional mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients with various medical problems, procedures, and co-morbidities.
  • Work within a defined scope of practice and under the authority of supervising physician(s) or by specific protocol(s).
Requirements
  • Clinical professional with a passion for our mission and a commitment to delivering world-class patient care in a collaborative, learning environment.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with specialists and coordinate patient care.
  • Knowledgeable and patient-focused provider with experience in oncology or general internal medicine, with breast oncology experience preferred.
Credentials and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree at minimum; master's degree preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and certification by the appropriate accreditation body.
  • Active BLS.
