Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance and answering questions for customers.
  • Keeping the sales floor stocked and clean.
  • Upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience.
  • Championing our brand and encouraging customers to join our loyalty rewards program.
  • Efficiently managing the cash register and handling transactions.
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting store, including cleaning restrooms and emptying trash bins.
  • Actively participating in keeping our outdoor space clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 21 years old (or the age required by your state).
  • To have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • To have basic math skills and be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
  • To be physically able to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • To pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
