Job Description: We are hiring a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for our inpatient pharmacy team at UofL Health. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care to patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and verifying medication orders
  • Supporting drug distribution and inventory management
  • Supervising technicians and ensuring accurate medication preparation
  • Providing clinical guidance and education to healthcare teams

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
  • Board certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire
