- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management and Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of electricians, engineers, and other project staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
- Ensure effective issue resolution and conflict management.
- Financial Management and Reporting
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, including project dashboards, financial statements, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing electrical scopes of work over $2M.
- Proficient in Accubid, Procore, or similar type software.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency, and complete them in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit, and analyze data.
- Ability to create, navigate, search, and update company systems (emails, work orders, reports, bids, invoices, etc.).
- Proficient with creating, editing, and analyzing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
