Job Summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Branch Manager to lead our Home Health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, including sales, market development, and financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, market development, and financial results.
  • Staff Direction: Be accountable for the direction of branch staff and overall operation of the agency, reporting to the Branch Administrator.
  • Compliance: Ensure overall compliance with federal, state, and local government laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare.
  • Communication: Act as the primary channel of communication between the Administrator and the organization's employees.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
  • Experience: One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home health or similar setting; previous case management/utilization review experience preferred.
  • Education: A registered nurse license in good standing.
  • Management Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of home health care experience required; two (2) years of management experience required.
