**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide nutritional assessments, diagnoses, and care plans for patients with various health conditions.
- Develop and implement education programs and seminars on nutritional topics for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide evidence-based nutritional care and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition and dietetics.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
- Master's degree or Advanced Practice Certification in Nutrition or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Certifications/Licenses:**
- Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
