Position Overview
The Senior Automotive Service Leader is accountable for diagnosing vehicle service needs and executing repairs, maintenance, and service tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles.
- Determine required repairs and maintenance, including troubleshooting drivability concerns.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
- Perform various vehicle repairs and maintenance, including air conditioning services.
- Order necessary parts for repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Proficient knowledge of shop tools and equipment, including diagnostic and AC systems.
- A strong desire to learn and excel in the automotive field.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to understand and follow written instructions.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with vehicle mechanical systems is advantageous.
