- Pharmacy Operations: Assist store leaders and associates in providing a positive customer shopping experience and enhance Harris Teeter's reputation for excellent customer service.
- Transaction Processing: Enter and process patients' information and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Product Preparation: Count, measure, and prepare specific products according to relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and ethics standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records and reports related to pharmacy functions, volume, and sales.
- Quality Control: Perform post-fill audits to verify that prescription information matches computer records.
- Inventory Management: Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities, except those that require the judgment of a licensed pharmacist.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous comparable experience preferred.
- Certification: National Certification must be obtained within 21 months of date in job/position, if enrolled in the National Standards Training Program.
- Training: Complete Company's training, including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, and HT Pharmacy Technician Program.
- Teamwork: Achieves results through teamwork, open to diverse ideas, works inclusively and collaboratively with others.
- Communication: Communicates effectively and candidly, engages people and helps them understand change.
- Customer Service: Provides exceptional customer service regardless of circumstance.
- Problem-Solving: Executes with excellence, action-oriented, sets clear expectations and milestones.

- Patient Focus: Puts patients and safety first, acts as a champion for the patients, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

- Physical Demands: Lift 20lbs or less on occasion.
