We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at STRIDE Community Health Center. As a primary care specialist, you will provide medical screenings and primary care to our patients, ensuring efficient and quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct health care services to patients, including medical screenings and primary care.
- Offer clinical consultation and arrange referrals to other providers and clinical staff.
- Review lab and x-ray results of other providers' patient care results.
- Prescribe medications to patients, including counseling on proper use and contraindications.
- Evaluate medical charts to determine appropriate patient care follow-up and education on acute and chronic illnesses.
- Masters degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and/or Physician Assistant Program.
- Emergency Room or Urgent Care experience preferred.
- Proficient with procedures such as sutures, splinting, wound care, I&D, etc.
- Family Practice Certification.
- Board certification.
- CO License or eligible for licensure.
- Competitive salary range: $108,000-$125,000, based on experience.
