About the Facility: Regency Hermiston and Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to providing Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Our compassionate team, comprising nursing, dietary, social services, therapy, and certified nursing assistants, delivers physician-directed care. We focus on developing personalized recovery plans that facilitate a quicker return home after serious injuries, illnesses, or surgeries.

Occupational Therapist - Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive personnel, supervision, materials, and services necessary for effective occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.
  • Deliver therapy services on-site to patients as per their individualized care plans.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of evaluation reports.
  • Participate in Initial Eligibility meetings to discuss evaluation findings when required.
  • Complete all evaluation reports within a 30-day timeframe.
  • Adhere to the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as outlined by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc.
  • Follow all facility policies and procedures related to Occupational Therapy.
  • Exhibit emotional resilience and professionalism while interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Work independently to plan and execute complex treatment routines, adapting as necessary with supervisor approval.
Occupational Therapist - Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Oregon.
  • Compliance with Clinical Competency standards.
  • Current CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
