Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor, coach, and evaluate Sales Representatives, fostering team success and individual growth.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and set ambitious sales targets.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers, offering tailored commercial roofing service packages.
  • GrowCount the Business: Identify and secure new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee accurate building measurements, estimates, contracts, and financial tracking, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to project execution.
Your Background
  • Required Skills: High School Diploma / GED, at least 5 years in commercial construction sales, experience managing a sales team highly preferred, expertise in commercial roofing, including single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems.
  • Proven Success: Proven success managing sales teams and achieving targets, at least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, a track record of growing market share and driving business results, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
