Job Summary

Unity Health Care seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and education, in a culturally sensitive and compassionate manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Current DC Professional License and CDS and DEA registrations (if applicable).
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine or nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or other relevant professional school.
  • Board eligible or board certified/licensed in area of specialty (must be board certified/licensed within one year of hire).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
