Manufacturing Operations Professional

About this Position: As an Assembly Operator Maintenance/Technician at Synerfac, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining our manufacturing equipment and ensuring efficient production processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are able to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits, such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic shop math/computer skills. If you have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient completion of the assembly process
- Performing duties to complete complicated machine set ups
- Quality checks/audits during production runs through visual inspection and aligned with the quality plan
- Preventive maintenance on Assembly machines to maintain production equipment and reduce downtime
Requirements:
- Basic shop math/computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lbs. and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
