We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Santa Fe Recovery Center. The successful candidate will provide medical care to clients in our Detox and Residential Programs, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure quality client care and program operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct medical care to clients, including triage and coordination with physicians as needed
- Work collaboratively with the Detox Nurse Supervisor and other team members to problem-solve and ensure quality client care
- Ensure compliance with medical policies, procedures, and systems, as well as applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements
- Participate in the development and implementation of medical care plans for clients
- Registered Nurse License, with licensure at the time of hire and ongoing throughout employment
- One year of experience working with clients with co-occurring mental health/substance abuse problems, preferred
- Computer literacy to maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards, as well as use of computerized client assessments and data systems
- Valid NM Driver's License and clean driving record, with auto insurance
- Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural (English/Navajo) preferred
