**Job Summary**

PGN Fun Village is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the premises.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in guests and processing transactions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the redemption center and overall premises.
  • Assist in premise upkeep, including physical tasks such as cleaning party rooms.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to stand for most of the working day.
