- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care and support shared governance at all levels.
- Complete ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education to maintain expertise and stay current with best practices.
- Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement in nursing, participating in activities such as value analysis to evaluate patient care products.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor certification.
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact license.
