Nurse Practitioner

About the Role:
The Clinical Care Specialist will work on an inpatient unit at Rogers Behavioral Health's Oconomowoc campus, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement patient care plans, assessing patients' physical and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout the treatment process.
- Administer medication and other treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Previous experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably with children, adolescents, and adults.
