Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Table Games Dealer to join our team at Redhawk. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of games and providing an exceptional player experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting and controlling specific games assigned, conducting games in accordance with policies and procedures, and handling player transactions. You will also advise the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any irregularities, disputes, or arguments that may arise during the game.

You will utilize ACT standards at all times while maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere. You will also notify a Floor Person of any guest needs, such as cocktails or host service, and promote departmental and property-wide promotions.
