Key Responsibilities- Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and complete tax returns.
- Prepare and review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate business growth by identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to clients.
- Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve office priorities and support the team in meeting client needs.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients in person, via phone, and in writing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
