Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients in their homes, including occupational therapy services and supervision of care team members
  • Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapist License
  • Valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance
  • One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting (preferred)
