We are currently seeking a talented CAD Designer/Draftsman to become an integral part of our Development – Engineering – Construction team. This role is essential in supporting our engineers with various plans related to single-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in land development drafting, specifically in areas such as water, wastewater, streets, and drainage.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineering teams in the creation of detailed plans and drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers to formulate efficient and effective design solutions.
  • Ensure precision and adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any arising issues.

Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in land development drafting, including water, wastewater, streets, and drainage.
  • Thorough understanding of infrastructure planning and design for informed decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
