We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team at Piedmont Newton Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic, patient-centered care to patients on the Med/Surg unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of a nursing program
  • Hold a current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
  • Have BLS certification
  • Have at least one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting (PRN positions only)
